By accessing or using Tombeko ("the App"), operated by ELICATE TECHNOLOGIES, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tombeko. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to:

No unauthorized multiple accounts

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

•Use the App for unlawful purposes
•Harass, abuse, or harm other users
•Post false or fraudulent content

•Upload offensive or illegal content
•Spam or send unsolicited messages
•Use bots or automated systems

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Tombeko. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Safety Disclaimer

While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of users. You are responsible for your own safety. We encourage you to exercise caution and meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time.

7. Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time settings.

The App is provided "as is". ELICATE TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
